After the birth of my second child in December 2016, at 220 lbs, I made a promise to myself to get healthy. I stuck to a strict keto diet, worked out, and after a year I lost 53 lbs but stalled out. After nine months of frustration, binge eating, and not losing any weight, I decided to reach out for help. I found Peter through an Instagram friend, and he gave me the tools necessary to get the scale moving again! During my first consult with Peter I weighed 163.4 lbs, and am now at my goal weight of 145 lbs! I took a chance on Peter because his research and references made sense to me, it's science people! Finally after a several month stall, I stopped just reading Peter’s instagram and contacted him. I thought I was doing keto right...turns out I wasn’t! Peter tweaked my macros, told me what to cut out, provided a simple but smart path for me to follow and I have been seeing the scale go down steadily. Peter provides the tools, you just have to use them! I am forever grateful for his knowledge and for being so willing to share it with all of us! I’m so close to my goal weight, I can actually see it!! Thank you Peter, from the bottom of my keto heart!

I have yo-yo dieted since I was 16 years old and it was time to stop the yo-yo once and for all. I started following a ketogenic way of eating and realized that I needed some sound guidance and direction. Peter took me onto his team and it's one of the best health decisions I've ever made. I really appreciate Peter's approach because it all make sense. He helped me realize it's about becoming fat adapted which doesn't need to be complicated. He has provided me with so much valuable and insightful information, tips & advice. I'm now down 26 pounds (60 pds from first pic) and there's no looking back now! “I stumbled upon Peter’s IG from a friend. I sat and read every single piece of free literature he has available on his website and immediately realized I found someone who knew what in the hell they were actually talking about. I paid for a 3 month package and during my first call he made things click for me. He taught me how to make keto work for me and my body goals for my upcoming wedding. It’s not about eating “all the fat”. No wonder I wasn’t losing any weight. Eat any macro in excess and you’re going to get fat! Peter helped steer me in the direction of how my workouts were actually deterring me from my goals. My high intensity workouts were of a disservice to my health goals at the time- I was eating to lose weight, not to train, so that intensity was producing cortisol in my body and being counterproductive to my goals. Changed my workouts to keep heart rate low. I wasn’t as hungry with this change and the scale was trending down! 

Also, Peter is very in tune to adding in electrolytes. As soon as I started dialing in on my electrolytes the scale started to move. I’ve learned a lot of useful information that I have been able to use on my own and be successful! I’m officially down 20 pounds since working with him 5 months ago. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again- Peter is my keto macro guru!!! Thanks Peter for all your knowledge you’ve bestowed on me!

Since starting with Peter a little over a month ago, I have seen major changes in my journey. I was having major stalls and he walked me through changing my macros to fit my active lifestyle. In less than 2 days, the stall completely broke and I am down about 10 pounds. He is easy to reach with questions and genuinely wants to help all clients live a healthier life. Only issue is that I now have to buy even more gym clothes and that I am lifting heavier than a lot of the guys.

Before working with Peter on getting my macros adjusted properly, I was taking a shot in the dark with my nutrition and making the transition to becoming fat adapted. I was struggling with getting my heart rate under control and was losing way too much weight. Being a long distance runner and triathlete, I needed to be dialed in for my performance and my health. Peter was able to get me set up and fine tuned, keeping me from failure. His knowledge and insight has become a beacon in my training plan and racing performance.

My journey started May 28th 2017 when I had a business lunch with Peter and I watched him order his meal a burger without a bun... what kind of cheese do you have?.,could I get bacon with that?..and instead of the fry’s what do you have for veggies. Of course I had many questions but it boiled down to try it for thirty days what do you have to lose. Well 55lbs less and A1C from 6.3 to 4.7 I would say it was one of my better lunches and the last time I’ve had mashed potatoes. Thanks Peter for explaining a new way of life for me in away I could understand it.

I’ve been in and out of fitness so many times and I’ve honestly never felt as dialed in as I do when I’m working with Peter. He’s seriously great! He’s extremely knowledgeable and my favorite part about him is how much he accurately represents the term- Coach. If you are looking for someone that will just tell you what you want to hear, it’s not Pete. He’s real, he’s smart, and he works. I’m a little over 65 pounds down now and I owe so much of that to him! Not only did he answer ALL of my questions, he checks in and keeps you motivated! Was quite skeptical prior to starting my coaching with Pete since I had already tried it all...Weight Watchers, cleanse diets galore, Atkins, and high fat low carb diets. I lost weight, gained it all back,or would stall leaving me frustrated that I would just quit altogether. Decided to give Pete a try. He customized my macros to fit my goals and got me steadily losing again! The best part was his coaching hours were flexible enough to accommodate my very hectic life as a mom. 21 lbs down and I have never looked back. Now to shop for new clothes!

After visiting with my childhood buddy Pete. (Thefatadaptedathlete) last October 2017. I was intrigued with this new diet. I learned in only a few minutes of talking to him that it’s not just a diet it’s also a lifestyle.  Well I asked Peter a bunch of questions to the point I’m sure I drove him nuts. But Peter being my buddy had all the patients in the world for me. So like everyone else I wanted to go full blast and do it all in a flash and Peter slowed me down. The first and most important thing Peter said was learn the diet.  First do that then we will put a workout together. Well here we are less than a year later. I successfully lost 33lbs and put on about 4-5 lbs of lean muscle.
